Cross-Border Connectivity, Tailored to Your Needs
Start with what you need, then choose a route and data plan. Once connected, test access to the services you use.
Peak-hour performance: test it for yourself
Evening meetings, document syncing, and video playback all place different demands on your connection. JiuVPN offers international routes you can choose based on the service location and your own experience. If things slow down, compare routes using the same app and check whether audio stays clear and pages load fully—not just whether the client says it is connected. IEPL dedicated routes, relays, and direct connections use different paths; the names alone don't predict performance at every hour. Keep the route that works for your daily tasks, and check again if your network conditions change.
Quantum encryption & account security
JiuVPN uses quantum encryption as a connection security feature and keeps account setup simple: no email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your account details and subscription link safe, and avoid sharing screenshots containing access credentials in public forums. Encrypted connections don't replace the sign-in protections of the websites you visit or change how payment providers handle information. Before getting started, read the privacy policy to understand how service-related information is handled, then decide how to connect based on your needs.
Unlimited devices, with data to plan
Connect your work computer, personal devices, and home devices as needed. JiuVPN allows unlimited simultaneous devices, so there's no need to keep signing out just to switch devices. Supported platforms include Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Keep in mind that device limits and plan data are separate: when using multiple devices, check your remaining data. For your first setup, import and test the subscription on your most-used devices before configuring others. If a device has an issue, this also makes it easier to tell whether the cause is a local setting or route choice.
AI tools: keep your exit location consistent
When using ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, your connection route is only one factor. Account region, service policies, and browser sessions can also affect results. Check which regions the tool supports, then choose a matching exit location and try to keep it consistent. If the page loads but a request fails, check the tool's own message to distinguish account restrictions, service outages, and network issues. Avoid repeatedly switching regions. JiuVPN provides a choice of network connections; availability of specific features depends on the target platform's rules and your own tests.
Streaming: check the catalog and playback
Check streaming access in stages: the page, the catalog, and playback. Loading the homepage doesn't mean a particular title is available; seeing a title doesn't guarantee it will play with your account and current exit location. For Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, and other services, check your subscription and regional rules before testing the content you want. If playback stutters, troubleshoot picture quality, downloads on other devices, and route choice one at a time. JiuVPN doesn't guarantee access based on a region label. Catalogs and access depend on platform policies, so verify with an actual connection.
7-day, no-questions-asked refunds
Your experience depends on your local network provider, the time of day, and the service you're accessing, so leave room to test a plan in real-world conditions. JiuVPN offers a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund. After getting started, test the sites, collaboration tools, and video playback you rely on—not just whether the client shows a connection. If you need a refund, read the refund policy first, then submit a ticket through the user panel with your order details and request. You can include the error message, but don't share account credentials or screenshots showing your full subscription link.
Refunds
7-day, no-questions-asked refunds. Test access on your usual network first; see the refund policy for eligibility and how to request a refund.
Payment methods
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Check the plan and order details before paying, then view your order in the user panel.
Platform support
Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Find the client download and import instructions for your platform.
Global Routes, Choose the Right Exit Location
Coverage across 100+ countries and 160+ routes. A region determines your exit location; a route type describes the connection path. Consider both.
Before choosing a route, identify the service you need and its account-region requirements. For everyday browsing and document collaboration, start with a region that works well on your local network. For regional streaming catalogs or AI tools, check the platform's service availability first. Route names don't guarantee access; verify with the actual page, request, or playback.
The table below illustrates how regions and route types relate; it is not a complete list of available routes. Singapore IEPL dedicated routes, Hong Kong relays, and Japan direct connections show different connection paths. For route types, exit locations, and current status in other regions, check the user panel. If the same issue persists after switching, check the app's message and routing rules rather than cycling through regions.
| Country/region | Exit location | Route type | Streaming |
|---|---|---|---|
| Singapore | Singapore | IEPL dedicated route | Verify with an actual connection |
| Hong Kong | Hong Kong | Relay | Verify with an actual connection |
| Japan | Japan | Direct | Verify with an actual connection |
| United States | United States | Check the user panel for current details | Verify with an actual connection |
| France | France | Check the user panel for current details | Verify with an actual connection |
| Germany | Germany | Check the user panel for current details | Verify with an actual connection |
Check connection status and actual access separately
A connected status in the client only means the connection process is established. Next, open a site you use, sync a document, or test playback. If your browser works but an app doesn't, check whether it follows the expected routing rules. Route status can help you monitor a connection, but it can't replace testing the service you want to use.
Get the client for your platform
Sign in to the user panel to access your subscription. Client downloads are also available in the panel, keeping installation and subscription management in one place.
Download the client, then import your subscription
Sign in to download clients for Windows, Android, macOS, and Linux; an active plan is required to access the iOS download link. Once the client is installed, return to the user panel to get your subscription and follow the platform instructions to import it. Make sure the route list appears in the client, then choose a route and connect. Downloading a client and activating a usable subscription are separate steps—a download link alone doesn't provide usable data.
Make sure the client you choose supports your subscription format before importing. If the import button doesn't respond, check the relevant instructions in the panel. Don't share your full link with an unfamiliar online conversion site. When switching devices, get the subscription link from the panel again and test it on the new device. See the Getting Started Guide for setup steps, or read the Beginner-to-Advanced Handbook for routing modes, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Choose a plan for your usual data use
Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. Devices are unlimited; choose a plan based on how often you connect, what you do, and how much data you need.

¥28/month
For heavier data needs. Video quality, file sizes, and tasks across multiple devices all affect usage.
- 500GB / month
- Unlimited devices
- 7-day, no-questions-asked refunds
Use it occasionally? Consider a data package
Use data packages until they're depleted; they never expire: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB.
Monthly plans suit regular use and make it easy to track data month by month; data packages work better if your usage doesn't follow a fixed schedule. The key difference is how data is allocated, not which client or how many devices you can use. Before choosing, decide whether you prefer a monthly reset or to use data as needed over time. Don't base your decision on price alone.
Track your remaining data and reset date
Monthly data resets on your activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. After subscribing, check your cycle details in the user panel rather than estimating from the calendar. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days; check the amount shown in the panel before proceeding. Data use varies widely between apps, so a plan can't be translated into a fixed number of viewing or meeting hours.
If you're new to the service and unsure what you need, track your usual tasks and data usage in the panel before deciding whether to change plans. Payments are accepted via Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT; after paying, check your order status and plan details in the panel. JiuVPN offers a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund. Before choosing, read the full plan details and relevant policies for refund requests, plan rules, and data packages.
