If you only need access during a particular project, a non-expiring data pack may better suit your schedule. Don’t estimate your allowance by how long it might last: browsing and continuous video use data differently, and file syncing can keep running in the background. Review your order before paying

Plan buttons on this page take you to the user panel. Existing users can sign in; new users can create an account with a username and password—no email address required. In the plans section, check the plan name, amount, and billing type again, then follow the checkout instructions.

When paying with USDT, carefully check the network, amount, and recipient details shown at checkout. Don’t use payment details from an old screenshot. For Alipay and WeChat Pay, use the payment page for your current order to avoid mixing up details from different orders.

After payment, check activation

  1. Return to the user panel and check your order status and account overview to confirm your plan details.
  2. Get the JiuVPN client for your platform from the downloads section, then follow the guide to retrieve and import your subscription.
  3. After connecting, open the website or app you actually plan to use and verify that it works.

If the payment result doesn’t match your order status, keep your payment receipt and check the current order first. Don’t make another payment right away. Submit a ticket with the relevant order and a description of the issue; check the panel for updates. Never share payment receipts or account details on public pages.

7-day refund policy

Refund policy and how to request a refund

After choosing a plan, test your connection on the networks and devices you use most. For work, try meetings, document syncing, and your usual collaboration sites. For streaming, check the specific platform and region you need. A connected status in the client alone doesn’t confirm that every service works.

To request a refund, sign in to the user panel, open a ticket, identify the order, and state that you’re requesting a refund. See the refund policy and Terms of Service for details about the 7-day refund policy. Track progress in your ticket. We don’t make any separate promise here about processing time.

A refund request and troubleshooting a connection issue are separate matters. If you want help troubleshooting, include your platform, the error message, and when it occurs. If you want a refund, state that clearly so the team can handle the relevant order. Share account or payment details only through the panel after signing in.
