REGION DIRECTORY

Browse routes by region

View routes in the dashboard →

Route names typically include an exit region, city, and connection type. The region indicates the network location that a destination service sees; the city helps distinguish exits within the same region; and the type describes how the connection is routed. Each detail serves a different purpose, so a place name or route label alone cannot predict your experience.

These static examples illustrate the directory structure. They are not a list of currently available servers, and they do not guarantee that the listed cities will always offer the corresponding route types. Check the logged-in dashboard for current server names, available exits, and subscription details. Coverage includes 100+ countries and 160+ routes; this page does not list every region or show speed tests or live status.

An exit region does not guarantee content availability

Streaming platforms consider the exit IP, account region, content licensing, and device environment when determining what you can watch. The regions and route types in this table are no substitute for testing playback, and they cannot guarantee that a platform or catalog will always be available. To watch something specific, check it with your own account.

CONNECTION TYPES

IEPL, relayed, and direct routes

These describe connection paths, not a fixed ranking from best to worst.

How the route is structured

IEPL

A candidate route for persistent connections

IEPL generally refers to an international Ethernet private line. It uses dedicated carrier links between relevant network points rather than relying entirely on the public internet. For cross-border connections, this can make the link arrangement more predictable. However, the network from your device to the entry point and from the exit to the destination still affects performance. An IEPL label does not mean every segment of the route is dedicated.

Private lines typically involve higher link procurement and maintenance costs, making them a candidate for users who prioritize uninterrupted meetings, remote sessions, and long-running connections. This reflects differences in network resources; it does not mean this page adds a separate private-line charge. Check the dashboard for availability and the routes included in your plan, then decide whether one suits your everyday tasks.

Entry and exit points

Relayed route

The connection is routed onward through an entry point

A relayed route first sends your connection to an entry point, which then forwards it to the exit. An extra forwarding step does not necessarily mean a slower experience: if the entry point is easier to reach and the onward route is better organized, it may work more smoothly than a direct connection to a distant exit. On the other hand, congestion at the entry point, limited forwarding capacity, or an issue at the exit can affect performance.

These routes require entry, forwarding, and exit resources. Costs depend on the combination of resources, so the word “relayed” alone is not enough to compare them with private-line or direct routes. They can be worth trying for everyday browsing, document collaboration, and streaming. Compare page loads, sustained playback, and file transfers with the destination service held constant; do not rule out a route simply because it has an extra step.

Direct connection

Direct route

More dependent on the local-to-exit path

A direct route generally means the client connects to the remote server without an additional relay entry point provided by the service. The structure is relatively straightforward, but traffic still travels over carrier networks and internet routes; “direct” does not mean a physical straight line between your device and the data center. The same exit can feel quite different on different local networks.

With fewer relay resources, direct routes may cost less to operate in some deployments, but exit bandwidth, data center location, and maintenance also affect costs. They may suit users with a smooth local international route who want to compare different connection methods. If pages repeatedly stall in the evening, try a relayed option in the same region for comparison instead of cycling among direct-route cities.

When choosing a route, distinguish the connection path from the exit location. You may need an exit in a particular region without needing a specific connection type; you may also find multiple types in the same region. Meeting the destination service’s regional requirements first, then comparing paths, is usually more useful than focusing on route labels alone. Quantum encryption is one of JiuVPN’s trust features, but it does not replace checking the destination website, device status, or account security.

CHOOSE BY TASK

Choose a route for your needs

Complete the task you have in mind, then decide whether to keep the route.

Everyday browsing

If you do not need a specific region, try a nearby exit first and compare how fully your usual websites load. Geographic distance is only a starting point; it does not guarantee a shorter route or a better experience. If text appears but images remain blank, or sign-in keeps failing, check the connection further.

Keep the browser and destination page consistent during testing. Changing routes and switching device networks at the same time makes it hard to tell what caused the difference. Once you find a route that works for everyday use, keep another connection type as a backup; there is no need to keep switching just to try every place name in the directory.

Streaming

First check which region the content is available in, then choose an exit there. Reaching a platform’s homepage does not mean every title will play, and successful playback does not guarantee smooth viewing throughout. Open the specific title and check startup, seeking, and sustained playback. See our streaming guide for more details.

Video quality also depends on the content source, device decoding, account benefits, and local network. Do not assume every picture-quality issue is caused by the route. If playback fails, compare other options in the same region first. If the platform reports an account or regional eligibility issue, check its rules; switching routes cannot replace platform requirements.

AI Tools

Before using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, check that the service is available in the relevant region and that your account meets its requirements. A network connection addresses the access path; it does not change account eligibility, billing region, or the provider’s risk checks. For more on this use case, see our guide to accessing AI tools.

Once you find a region that works, try to keep the same exit rather than switching regions repeatedly during sign-in or a long conversation. Test sign-in, sending a request, receiving a complete response, and any file operations you expect to use. If the homepage loads but requests fail, note the exact step and compare another route in the same region.

Gaming

Check the game server’s region, not just your own location. Game downloads and in-game traffic may use different network paths, so a smooth download does not mean the route will work well during play. Also check whether the client’s traffic-routing mode covers the game process; configuring a browser proxy alone may not affect the game connection.

This service is a cross-border network acceleration subscription, not a dedicated tool with guaranteed compatibility for every game. Follow the game operator’s network and account rules, and test sign-in, matchmaking, and gameplay in a permitted environment. If only the game is affected while websites work, first check traffic routing and the game’s settings.

Remote work

Meetings depend on consistent audio and video; document collaboration depends on saving and syncing; code hosting also involves authentication and file transfers. Test the route with your actual workflow rather than stopping after opening your company’s homepage. Check the connection before an important meeting, and try to keep the same exit during work to avoid reconnecting sessions.

Follow your organization’s policies for internal networks, dedicated corporate connections, and device management. If an internal system is inaccessible, do not override company settings. First check whether public websites work and whether corporate resources require a separate connection, then ask your administrator. For more on persistent connections and everyday maintenance, read the JiuVPN user guide.

CONNECT & CHECK

How to test your connection

Checking one issue at a time is more effective than repeatedly switching regions.

Check your subscription and client first

Get your subscription from the user dashboard and update the configuration in your client. Keep your subscription link private; do not include the full address in public screenshots or discussion forums. If the node list differs from the examples on this page, use the dashboard and your latest subscription as the source of truth. Do not try to create a connection from the table; it does not include the configuration required to do so.

JiuVPN supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Sign in to download the client for Windows / Android / macOS / Linux; an active plan is required for the iOS link. Sign in to get your subscription. Download clients through the user dashboard. If you are new to setup, follow the getting started guide to import your configuration, then return here to compare routes.

Separate local network, route, and destination issues

Before connecting, make sure your local network is working. After connecting, check the client status, a regular webpage, and the specific service you need. A “connected” status only confirms that the connection was established; it does not mean the destination platform has accepted your request. An error on one website does not necessarily mean the entire route is unavailable. Identify the scope of the issue before checking your account, routing rules, or connection path.

If the issue occurs only at certain times, note your local network, selected region, route name, and the error message, then try again later under similar conditions. Change just one factor at a time—for example, keep the region the same and switch the connection type. Changing several factors repeatedly can make a temporary recovery look like a clear result and complicate further troubleshooting.

Keep details that help reproduce the issue

If you need help, open a support ticket through the dashboard and include the platform, client message, action that caused the issue, and comparisons you have already tried. Hide your subscription address, password, and other account details before sharing screenshots. “The homepage loads, but sending a request fails” is more helpful than “it doesn’t work”; there is no need to share sensitive configuration publicly.

Route type does not change the plan’s data rules: monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades convert the price difference into remaining days. Data add-ons remain available until used and never expire. JiuVPN supports unlimited devices and a 7-day refund policy. Check the plans page to compare data allowances and prices; route names are not billing tiers.

Next: Check current routes in the dashboard and test your connection with your usual tasks. To compare data allowances, visit the plans page.
