Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This page explains the refund scope, application process, and return procedure for JiuVPN subscriptions. Keep your order records and check the outcome through the user panel.
Refund Window and Eligibility
You may request a full refund without giving a reason within 7 days of your first payment. You do not need to provide proof of connection failure or complete troubleshooting before applying. If you would like help diagnosing an issue, you can describe it in your support ticket, but troubleshooting is not a prerequisite for requesting a refund.
Eligibility is verified against the date of the first payment and the time the support ticket was submitted. Submit a clear refund request within the window; simply asking about a plan or connection method does not count. Orders for monthly subscriptions and data packages should include the corresponding records for verification. Data packages do not expire, which refers to the data validity period and does not extend the refund window indefinitely.
Eligible Situations and Order Verification
You may request a refund within the window above if you no longer need the service, the experience does not meet your expectations, or the device setup is unsuitable. Connecting successfully, importing a subscription, or using data does not by itself make you ineligible for a no-questions-asked refund.
Requests made after the refund window are outside the scope of this commitment. Renewals, upgrades, or subsequent orders do not restart the refund window for the first payment. If a payment has not succeeded, check its status first. A payment that has already been refunded will not be refunded again.
If there is unusual data usage, a suspected policy violation, or a dispute over account or order ownership, usage and payment records may need to be checked. This page does not set an unpublished data deduction threshold, nor does it treat a general account anomaly as a refund decision. If further verification is needed, the concern and required materials will be explained in the support ticket.
How to Apply and What to Provide
- Sign in to the user panel, open the support ticket page, and clearly state that you are requesting a refund.
- Provide the order number, plan name, payment date, payment amount, and payment method. If the payment record differs from the status shown in the panel, you may attach a redacted transaction receipt.
- Add any verification materials to the original ticket and check the refund outcome there. For follow-up questions about the same order, continue in the original ticket to keep the full record together.
No email address is required; you can sign in with your username and password. When submitting materials, redact information unrelated to the order. Do not provide your login password, payment password, wallet private key, or recovery phrase. If the order cannot yet be matched, provide the missing records first; do not make another payment to verify the original order.
Returns to the Original Payment Method
As a general rule, refunds are returned to the original payment source. For Alipay and WeChat Pay orders, the original transaction must be verified before the refund is processed through the relevant channel. If the original account cannot receive funds or the channel reports an issue, explain this in your support ticket so the team can check the available options. Do not provide someone else’s payment details as a substitute.
USDT transfers follow a different refund process from Alipay and WeChat Pay, and an on-chain transaction that has been sent cannot simply be reversed. For a return, first verify the original transaction, network, and receiving address in a support ticket, then confirm how it will be handled. The verified record determines the return details. This page does not set additional fees, a fixed exchange rate, or a conversion rule for the amount received.
Processing and Checking Progress
A refund request, order verification, payment-channel processing, and receipt of funds are separate stages. Submitting a support ticket does not mean the money has been returned. The time it takes depends on the payment channel or network, and this page does not promise a fixed processing time that has not been confirmed.
After receiving an update, check both the ticket status and the original payment account records. If the refund has not arrived, request a review in the original ticket and provide relevant transaction status details. Do not share full payment receipts or subscription links publicly. After a refund is completed, check the subscription and data status in the panel. If anything does not match, submit a follow-up request for verification.
